Refund and Exchange Policy

This REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY applies to all Management Science International Inc.'s products and services sold by or under any of the company's subsidiaries, distributors, or trade names including, but not limited to, Best Inspectors Network (aka BestInspectors.Net), WindSurance, Red Hot Domains (RedHot.domains), Red Domains (RedDomains.com), Masters In Success, MBA On Board, Management Science Institute, and Construction Services Institute.


Returns and Exchanges

Software may be exchanged for another Best Inspectors Network™ or WindSurance™ title of equal or lesser value at any time during the initial Free Updates and Technical Support period for a nominal processing fee. Software may be exchanged for another Best Inspectors Network or WindSurance title of greater value at any time during the initial Free Updates and Technical Support period for the difference between the original purchase price and the current price of the upgrade software plus a nominal processing fee. 


It is not necessary to return software that is exchanged for another title. The original license will be canceled, and a license will be issued for the new software. Undamaged hard goods such as books or tools may be returned with seven days of receipt, subject to a 25% restocking charge. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and shipping related charges.


Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds on any puchases. We have demonstration (Demo) versions of most Best Inspectors Network™ and WindSurance™ software. Free one-on-one- demonstrations are also available upon request. We encourage shoppers to download a demonstration copy of the software that interests you BEFORE you purchase it. If you need help installing the Demo please contact us. We will assist you. 


Cancelations

Certain services such as website hosting, Website maintenance, domain registration, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) require contracts or minimum durations. Refunds cannot be given for any product or service that is under any such obligation. Services such as, but not limited to, website hosting and maintenance may be under contract. All contracts must be paid in full before any property is released to, or transferred to, the customer. If any such product or service is abandoned by the customer, the customer is responsible for any unpaid amounts in fulfillment of the contract. Any payment that is more than 30 days delinquent will be considered as abandonment. Any service such as, but not limited to, website hosting or email service will be shut down on the 31st day after a missed payment. The customer may be responsible for reinstatement or reactivation fees.


Abandoned domain names are only recoverable for a limited time as determined by ICANN rules. Domain names may not be recoverable after the recovery period has expired.    


Changes to this policy

We may change this policy from time to time and if we do, we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use our software, products, or services after those changes are in effect, you agree to the new policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice or get your consent, as required by law.
