Note: The following services are known to have problems delivering download requests: EmbarqMail (Embarq), AOL, EarthLink, Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail.  If you have requested downloads and have not received the e-mail, you may want to try another e-mail address.  Some e-mail service providers often do not deliver e-mail because they filter  legitimate e-mail as junk mail without giving you an opportunity to see it to decide for yourself.

Note:
XL Pro requires 256MB of available memory, Windows XP or Vista, and Office 2003 or 2007.  You can see how much memory you have available by going to "All programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information" from the Start menu.  The line "Available Physical Memory" tells you how much memory you have available to applications.  The line "Total physical memory" tells you how much memory you have installed.

If you have more than 512MB of memory installed but XL Pro loads slowly, we recommend running Windows Defender to temporarily disable applications running in the background (there may be more than you think!).  Many new PC's from major manufacturers (such as Dell, HP, Gateway, and Compaq) ship with many applications installed to run in the background without your knowledge.  Windows Defender will help you identify and, optionally, disable those programs.  Windows Defender is available free from the Microsoft web site.  If you need assistance or have questions, call us at 213-291-1717 (California), 407-401-9298 (Florida), 419-290-6244 (Ohio), or 416-628-1390 (Ontario, Canada).

Another program that can show you what is running in the background is PC Lighthouse.  You can download a trial of PC Lighthouse from www.pc-lighthouse.com

Download Windows Defender

IMPORTANT: You might see a warning during download or installation of these installers concerning possible "malicious code." These messages are generated by Windows if you attempt to download and install most  software (files with a ".exe" extension). They can be safely ignored.

Three FREE Reports!

The best way to see what XL Pro can do for you is to use it in the field for actual inspections.  Use the demo to do up to three inspections then e-mail the demo files to us.  We will add your company name, create PDF's of your reports, and e-mail them back to you.  You do not need to send all three reports at the same time.  Send them to us as you finish your inspections.  We will try to have your reports back to you within 24 hours (M-F) or 48 hours (weekends and holidays) to you can deliver them to your clients promptly.

There is a $25 set-up fee.  We will return your $25 set-up fee when you buy any XL Pro Series inspection report.
