tool in a successful inspection business. Demos of all our
reports are available for download. We encourage you to look
at the software carefully before you make a decision.
In the event that you experience difficulties, please contact us. We will work with you to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from our software. We follow software industry standards. For our own protection, we are not able to give refunds for software. If you give us the opportunity to work with you to resolve any difficulties you may be having, we are confident that you will quickly overcome your difficulties. If you feel that it has taken you longer than you had anticipated to learn the software, let us know and we will extend your free technical support period accordingly. If you are still not comfortable with the software after working with us, you can apply your entire purchase price toward one of our other reports.
Lost Activation Codes We must be able to verify your purchase in order to retrieve a lost code or issue a replacement for a lost code. Software purchases directly from BestInspectors.Net, WindSurance.com, or InspectorLogic.com can be verified for three years without proof of purchase. All other purchases require proof of purchase. Lost or Expired Download Links We must be able to verify your purchase in order to replace a lost or expired custom download link. Software purchases directly from BestInspectors.Net, WindSurance.com, or InspectorLogic.com can be verified for 180 days without proof of purchase. All other purchases require proof of purchase. Request a replacement download link
Updates and Upgrades Updates and upgrades are available for all software regardless of when you made your original purchase. We must be able to verify your purchase in order to retrieve a lost code or issue a replacement for a lost code. Software purchases directly from BestInspectors.Net, WindSurance.com, or InspectorLogic.com can be verified for three years without proof of purchase. All other purchases require proof of purchase. All software titles that require an activation code include free updates and upgrades for one year from the date of purchase. All software titles sold on or after October 1, 2017 and that do not require an activation code include standard technical support but do not include free updates or upgrades. Premium technical support and obsolecense protection are available for a nominal additional fee for up to 30 days from the original date of purchase.
